Dr. Silverman Uses Focus Training to Help Boxer David Benavidez Reclaim Title

Congratulations to David Benavidez for his victory over two-time champion Anthony Dirrell, at the Staples Center in Los Angeles in September.

Benavidez invested a considerable amount of time training and preparing for the fight, and utilized focus training provided by Dr. Silverman to assist in his success. Reportedly, Benavidez, outperformed his opponent by a margin of 165 to 94.
